WARRANTY

These Parachutes are manufactured to strict military specifications. There is, however, no warranty made for minor defects in color, material or construction that do not affect the functioning of the parachute for the original intended purpose. The user must inspect and determine condition before each use. However, during the initial 30 days following purchase, H & H Enterprises will replace any parachute deemed by us to be defective in construction, upon return to us in accordance with our Product Return Policy.

Our Colored parachutes are 'hand-dyed' and individually unique. No guarantee is made concerning specific colors or designs; these parachutes will generally conform to the advertised color, design, etc. Nonetheless, during the initial 30 days following purchase, H & H Enterprises will replace any parachute deemed by us to be substantially different from the advertised description (wrong color, design, etc.), upon return to us in accordance with our Product Return Policy.

No guarantee is made as to fitness for any specific purpose, but these parachutes are warranted to perform as intended by the original manufacturer. No replacements will be made based on unsuitability which is determined after the transaction is completed.

H & H Enterprises will strive to do everything possible to make every transaction a positive one. The customer is obligated to communicate any problems promptly.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Products covered by warranty must be returned using the following Product Return Procedure:

Contact Customer Service via eMail and explain/describe the problem with the product. You will be contacted within 2 business days for a follow-up.

If directed (and using the PQRA Number assigned by Customer Service), ship the product back to H & H Enterprises at the provided address. PQRA Numbers must be indicated on the outside of the shipping box or container.

Based on prior agreement during the determination phase of the Product Return Procedure, the product will be reimbursed (less shipping/handling fees) or replaced. Note: Refunds will be through PayPal, to your account. Replacement may take up to 7 business days to ship due to product availability (Custom Dyed, etc.).

• These parachutes have a Limited Warranty for materials or workmanship; the user must inspect and determine condition before each use.
• No guarantee is made as to fitness for any specific purpose, but these parachutes are guaranteed to perform as intended by the original manufacturer.
• These parachutes should only be used to "recover" objects of appropriate weight. No animal (large or small), or human should try to be recovered with these parachutes. Only NASA should be allowed to put animals in space.

• These parachutes may contain fibers that are known to irritate eyes and skin. Appropriate handling techniques must be used, and care must be exercised.

LIABILITY

• These Parachutes MUST NOT be used for any purpose that endangers the life or health of any person or animal.

• Neither H & H Enterprises nor H & H Consulting, Etc. is responsible for any consequences that arise from improper use of these parachutes.

• No warranty is given, or liability assumed, for any failure of these parachutes to perform as expected/intended. No compensation for loss of equipment or profits will be allowed.
